Three simple rules of thump for the basis of our philosophy about plant maintenance.  The first is that plant personnel cannot perform safely and at peak efficiency without a superbly maintained facility.  The second is that no two plants operate exactly alike. The third is that we're in this together.

For all three reasons, we avoid "cookie-cutter" approaches.   Only after we gain a solid understanding of your operations, expectations and budget do we begin to design a janitorial program to address your requirements.

Given your input, we start by setting up methods, scheduling, and follow-through plans.  Personnel are hand-picked to match the tasks and responsibilities involved in maintaining your facility.

Standards are established and performance is measured against them.  Every week, a supervisor performs a visual inspection of your plant during daytime work hours and meets with you personally to discuss any issues of concern.
